I've had this freezer for awhile now - absolutely no problems whatsoever. The interior is bright - easy to find things. Easy to clean, too. I appreciated the door open alarm, on the occasion of my son leaving the door ajar!
If you need a large freezer that you can depend on, this would be a good choice.

Upright Freezer

Awesome Freezer. Easy to access and find what your looking for. Lots of space to keep enough for my family of 6 people. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an upright freezer. 5 Stars for sure.

I should have had this years ago after dealing with a manual defrost freezer with ice buildup causing products to slide off the shelves. The best feature is seeing the temperature of the freezer at a glance from another room. So many great features-pizza shelf, alarm,control settings. Certainly a bargain for the money.

Great freezer

We bought this freezer about 2 months ago after losing our old one due to a power surge in the home. This one cooled down really fast, all the storage compartments are nice because you can adjust them to your preferences for the most part. A few of them are fixed but the door compartments are all adjustable and make it easy to store large and small items.
I love having the controls on the outside of the door, so I can see at any time what the freezer's temperature is and whether there is a problem. A few times the alarm did sound to let us know the door was left open - a great feature to have to ensure that it doesn't run continuously when open and therefore ruining the coils inside.

Negatives - alarm sound could be somewhat louder. It can only be heard from the room freezer is in.
Top rack pizza shelf could be made of stronger material, it bends fairly easily so you can't store anything heavy on it at all - a harder plastic would be ideal.

It is excellent and I am very please with it. The only flaw is that it displays the temperature setting rather than the temperature. It could have easily been set up to allow the display to chance to setting when you touch it

We chose this model specifically because it had the most number of baskets rather than shelves. This is very useful for the 1/4 and 1/2 beef, chickens and other assorted local meats we purchase that are not "boxed". The tilt out basket in the door is holding the bags of hamburger very nicely. I also like the baskets for the frozen bags of vegetables and rhubarb.
The lighting is great. So much better than my old chest freezer!

Amazing Product

Purchase this frost free freezer to replace one 20 years old. This is the best one out of all that we looked at. It has lowered our electric bill greatly and I also like the way the shelving units and bins are arranged in the the freezer along with the special compartment for a soft freeze for my breads and rolls. It has alot of space and easy to get to items because of the the slide out compartments. I am not having to move a bunch of items to get to the one I want. Everything is in its own spot, I can put each type of meat in different bins and stack frozen containers or boxes so I can see what they are. I would greatly recommend this product to any one in need of extra freezer space and also the lower energy cost on the electric bill.
