This freezer is just what we were looking for. We were replacing an old freezer that was about 15 years old. I really like the slide out drawer and the led temp reading and controls on the outside of the door.
The only problem I have is that it came with just a one year warranty. My last freezer had a ten year warranty and lasted 15 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a little noisy, especially in the fast freeze when the side gets really warm. It also had a lot of frost around the front when starting freezing. One thing I would like to correct is the plastic wrapping. It seems to have been put on before the door was installed. How are you supposed to get it all off?
I question the seal because you still have plastic around the door. Maybe that is why there was frost when first sarting it up.

Great Freezer

This freezer is a little larger than the one it replaces and I love having the extra space. This freezer is easy to organize with both shelves and pull-out drawers. It also has lots of storage in the door. The interior temperature is displayed on the door so I don't have to worry about food spoiling. There's also an alarm if the door is left open. The previous freezer did not have an interior light so I really appreciate that feature.

Noisy

We had this freezer for less than a month and exchanged it for the FFU21M7HW. The freezer itself was great, but it was the noisiest thing in the house. When it was running that was all you heard as soon as you walked in the house. That was my only complaint. It replaced my 35 year old upright and it was much louder than that one. My husband measured the sound and it was 65 db, the new one is only 45 db. A much quieter model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality product

We've owned our freezer for about 5 months and are pleased with the quality and capacity. The main shelves are spacious and we love the two sliding baskets in the main area. Also, the flexible storage in the door is very handy. We live in TX and our freezer must live in the garage, so we probably use a lot more energy to keep our freezer cold. However, it has allowed us to stock up on bulk products as well as store homecooked meals and we are very happy with it.

Bought this freezer when our walkin freezer at work went down. It was large enough to hold alot of our food. It saved the day and loss of product. It caught the eye of many employees. Best of all I know have it at home after it served it duty at work. Very happy with it.

Too Noisy

It keeps food frozen, but is extremely too noisy. We had to move it to the garage it was so noisy, four times louder than the 15 year old it replaced.
