Noisy!

I bought this freezer last month. It is so noisy I can hear it over 30 ft. away some of the time. Other times it is quiet. Didn't have time to do research before buying as my old freezer quit. Had I read the reviews I would have bought a different freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great appliance

I have had this freeze for about a year now with no problems. I have been so thankful for the alerts twice it had been slightly open and i would not have know if it wasn't making that noise. Also, it does make a little bitof noise but it is in the garage so it fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had the feezer for about 3years and no trouble at all. Keeps my frozen foods in good order, its very quiet, easy to locate the food you are looking for, wide selves,door storage, and bin sorage at the bottom . In a word (Outstanding).

great freezer

I love this freezer !! You can set the temperature and the readout is right on the door !I bought 1/2 a cow and it held all that meat plus what I already had in there. The temperature is even throughout the freezer whether you have food on the door or on the glass shelves.When we lost power for a day, none of the food thawed at all. I really am glad we bought this one.

Perfect for the garage

Bought this freezer for the garage and have not been let down. Meat does seem to get freezer burn. Love the programmable temperature setting and digital screen. Other features are great too - like the door lock - which is perfect if you have kids.
My only complaint is that it is a bit noisy, but that won't bother you if you install the unit in your garage or somewhere away from living space.
I would recommend this to a friend!
