Works pretty well, but with some disappointments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great to have a CD player since they’re a bit antiquated by 2022, and this product mostly works pretty well when I need it to. Sometimes, however, it takes more work than it should (e.g. button-pressing etc.) just to get a disc to play. The anti-skip device works pretty decently, but it will only give you long annoying pauses if the disc is too badly scratched; in that case, you’ll need to get a SkipDr (not included). The anti-skip device, however, is pretty nice if the disc has minimal scratches. As for the radio, the small screen that displays the track number and playing time on CD-player setting is blank and does not display the number of the radio station when on the FM radio setting. This means you’ll have to go completely by ear when searching for your radio station. Also, there’s no antenna, and you may hear a whole lot of static if this device is not in the perfect location; you may have to pick the player up, move it around, and place it on a stool, table, chair, or counter in order to hear the sound clearly when using the FM radio setting. This is not the case for all radio stations, though, as some are clearer than others; I was perhaps just unlucky with my particular radio station. The device runs on two AA-batteries, but it uses them up fairly quickly. It’s really best to get a DC power cord, though you’ll need to stay in one place to listen to a whole CD or to the radio for an extended length of time when using such a cord, which is not included.

Happy but a little disappointed with this product

I just got this delivered yesterday. It has good features for playing cds but I'm a little disappointed that the radio station number doesn't show on the LCD display when you're tuning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use features

This unit is so easy to use that she was able to understand the instructions after they were explained to her the first time. Great product

I thought the LED display would also show the radio station data as well. It does not, so you are left with searching until you reach music you recognize.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
