Great tv

This tv is awsome, the picture almost looks three dimensonal, my only grip is the audio, My wife and I have trouble hearing voices of people on these new tvs, because of all the back ground noise, the surround sound is even worse, I think it should be possible to provide an audio that we could hear better. In daily life we have no hearing problems. I have tryed every setting nothing seems to make it better. Great tv just want to hear what they are saying.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color

Very easy to set up, instructions are very straight fwd.
Compared to another great brand, Samsung Remote control ilumination is a big plus. Of Course, dont' expect a super great audio output from the TV; this 55 " you need a great quality receiver, specially use a receiver that can synchronize the audio /video; If you went for a great Samsung Picture resolution... go for a good receiver...
It will make a tremendous difference. And for those people that complain about some channels audio/video out of synch; some of those delays are comming from the cable co; the audio when is digitized and decode to analog ,has a delay, some channels compensate this. The other out of synch sometimes is produced by the receiver trying to decode the audio format your dvd movie from digital to analog, it is only noticeble if you really are picky. I'm glad my receiver has the capability to synch the audio with the video. Very Happy with the Picture quality;Only Drawback, too many friends come to watch sports.

Excellent Clarity

I've seen HD before, but not like this! The clarity on this tv is amazing. It was pretty easy to set up too. The one downside to the clarity is that it's now quite obvious when special effects are being used. It was also entertaining when I went looking for the buttons on the tv itself and accidentally slid my finger over the power button... Didn't know it was a touch screen type thing. Overall, it's amazing!

We have had this tv for almost 2 months now and I am amazed with the clarity on the picture. The HD channels are sooo clear and BlueRays are fantastic! For the money, this is one of the best tv's out there!

This is a great TV. I unpacked it, hooked up to the 4 HDMI inputs. and started watching.

HDMI Connection Issues

The Samsung TV would not recognize the cable box when it was connected to any of the HDMI ports nor would it work on three other Samsung TV’s that I tried. I tried the firmware update. That did not work. I tried the Pace cable box on a Panasonic TV and did not have any problem. I now have a Motorola cable box which the Samsung TV does recognize the HDMI input.
I would recommend this to a friend!
