This is a beautiful tv that offers alot of features for the price. This is my first smart tv and im very impressed with everything it does. The features are very easy to learn and set to your preference. Love it!! Thank you Samsung!!

This is by far the best tv I have ever owned. Ease of operation, which will be better when I get the Bluetooth keyboard. Beautiful picture. My wife and I love it.

The best 55-inch Smart Apps enabled Samsung TV!

I was looking to purchase a 55-inch flat LED full 1080p HDTV with Smart Apps and inbuilt WiFi capability to stream videos and it could not have gotten any better than this TV. I personally do not care for 3D capabilities and therefore this TV turned out to be of a great value for its reasonable pricing. The TV comes with a wide range of inbuilt apps to suit every form of entertainment. The picture and sound quality is great and the Smart Hub is very easy to navigate. And, of course, one cannot put a price tag on the superior reliability and service promise that comes with Samsung TVs!

Wonderful HDTV - but had problems

We bought the set and installed it - only to find a vertical strip of pixels was dark. The set was replaced.
The second set had a great picture - but would NOT connect to the WiFi. The set was replaced.
The third set is PERFECT. We added a Samsung sound bar and a Samsung Blu-ray player and have a wonderful Home Theater system.
We then purchased a "calibration" disc and optimized the picture. We did not need to make many "tweaks" to result in a calibrated HDTV image.
Hopefully everything is resolved now and we expect long service life (we own a total of 6 other Samsung HDTV sets and all have been terrific).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, full featured, best for the money
Cons: had to replace set twice

Awesome Picture

I upgraded this unit from a JVC 56' DLP this is by far a superior product, the features on this unit are spectacular! I am completely in awe of the picture quality and the color palette is extremely vivid. The internet experience included and the available apps makes this a complete entertainment piece. I am completely satisfied with this television and would highly recommend this television to my friends and family!

This product had the best display in this size range. The SMART setup is almost foolproof. The display is so realistic and works well when viewing older programs (>7 years). Hook up a gaming console and access multiplayer or campaign mode and get ready for an unforgettable experience.

Cons: the included stand could be more substantial

Smart TV that is not so smart

This TV will work w/ a popular wireless mouse or a popular wireless keyboard, but not both, at the same time! It will also not work with a Samsung wireless keyboard that has a laptop style curser control, designed for another Samsung model TV. You would think a simple software upgrade would solve the problem. Come on Samsung, lets bunp up this Smart TV's IQ.
