Good Features

I first bought this fridge and had no problems for about 9 months. Then the compressor started acting flaky. After they changed the compressor, it worked fine for another month or so, and then stopped working again. After they replaced the entire fridge, everything has been working fine now for the past 6 months. I lost a bunch of food though...twice. I also had to deal with the service company many times and had to wait several days to over 1 week for an emergency service appointment. Compared to other fridges with a similar setup, the water dispenser and ice maker are fairly loud, but I've gotten used to it. The double doors are nice and this fridge is very large. I do like the interior water dispenser feature - this was hard to find on many fridges. The white finish is really nice, it's smooth painted metal like a car - it doesn't really need to be cleaned often (unlike stainless finish).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love this fridge. Great looking, tons of space, hidden water dispenser. The only thing I'd change is to make the interior water dispenser easier to access. The button is a bit awkward to press whilst filling a glass. I would love a one-handed mechanism.

A good product with a few very aggravating features.1. The full width lower drawers cannot be opened without opening both sides of unit. Why not make them the width of the doors so they can be opened individually?2. The chilled water feature needs to be a one handed operation rather than requiring both hands. Should be easy if the button to turn the water on was below the spout instead of above.

Nice fridge but need more room

We thought this fridge would be more than enough room for us, somehow we manage to Fill it up. I feel as if the inside could be better designed. The freezer is actually quite small too. This fridge works for te two of us but I would definitely get a bigger one if we had a couple kids. Also, I noticed the fridge is getting small rust specs on it.
