I love it. It looks great. The refrigerator portion is a convenient height, no more kneeling on the floor searching for something in the rear on the bottom shelf. I like being able to arrange the shelves as suits me. The humidity control on the drawers makes veggies and fruit stay fresh longer. The door storage is ample and holds gallon mike containers. My husband likes the can dispenser. All in all a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doors don't close properly, freezer drawer pull falls off wh

The doors have no sound mechanism to warn when the fridge or freezer are left ajar...and this happens frequently believe it or not. The closing mechanism on the left side door is not smooth and often stays open. The freezer drawer pull actually pops off of the grommets that hold it on the the face of the drawer. i'm not impressed with this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have to be careful when using the door on the left to make sure it's closed good. It needs an extra little push. Other than that it has been great. Very roomy, lots of drawers.

We would have never known until actually using this fridge, but it's not user friendly when it comes to the freezer part. Compared to our old fridge which was a side by side, we had more room, better storage space and the food was easier to get in and out then with the freezer on the bottom. Its hard to fit boxes of anything inside and the ice holder takes up what would be a lot of usable space. Its pretty to look at but not easy to store or use for freezer stuff.The water spout is nice to have inside the fridge, thou it stinks to have to always open the door to get a glass of water, it's nice because we have a 2 year old that likes to push buttons-he can't see or reach it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would not consider this refrigerator again

Beautiful design but there are three things wrong with it.1) The doors do not close tightly all the time. You have to make sure you push them closed. Many times we have come back and found the door slightly ajar and frost building up inside. It does not have a very good sealing system and many other refrigerators we checked out since we bought this one we've found the doors pull themselves shut without effort. This one does not.2) The freezer drawer does not seal tightly all the time either. Ice builds up on the bottom near the seals and then it becomes hard to close it unless you get on your hands and knees or lay down flat on the floor to reach underneath and clean off the ice build up. This is a pain and should not be necessary.3) The front surface is not easily kept clean. Spotting easily builds up and you have to rub and rub to clean the metal surface. You need special cleaning cloths or steel spray to keep it looking good but it never looks the same as when you first bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

freezer door handle keeps coming off. handle was installed by store where we purchased it but keeps coming off in hand. also, freezer capacity is smaller than our last model. great refrigerator capacity and nice to have compartments and drawers.

Nice features for a decent price.

Immediately after delivery, we discovered that the ice machine wasn't working. Waited about a week or so for service and then waited for a replacement maker to arrive then again to have it installed. About two weeks before the one year warranty expired, the ice machine stopped working again. It has since been repaired again.My only other issue is the milk bin isn't wide enough to comfortably accommodate two gallons of milk. They will squeeze in together. If you do this, when you pull one gallon out the other gallon comes with it. It doesn't matter where we get the milk from. Add another quarter inch and it would be fine. How this isn't tested, I don't know.All of that being said, I would still recommend it as it is a good deal for the size, features, and price. I was informed that the ice maker is a new model so I would hope the bugs have been worked out by now. Though, you would hope that they were worked out before going into the fridge. Again, testing anyone?
