So far so good! Compact good size for full size items. and 1 touch button cook in plenty of time. May need to see if I can reduce the minutes on preset buttons... Love the look!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Steam between glass in door

Steam builds up between glass panels. CS said it was normal because food was cold. It doesn't happen when warming up room temp food. I never had this happen with other microwaves. I'm going back to previous brand and donating this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good product, but not live long.

I bought this microwave in May 2010. I had been using it regularly about half hour or less per day. It just stopped working today, 10/13/2015, after 5 and half years.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
