I have 4 of Rodney's DVD's and enjoy all of them. I like the concept of five 20 minute segments. You can do a short workout or do several if time allows. A great addition to my yoga DVD library.

I don't like that this DVD has 20 minutes of just standing poses & the rest I can't even forward to, it's weird! I'd like more of a mixture of all the poses. Probably send this back.

I love Rodney Yee video's, I have many of his Yoga videos. All of them are great I always feel so complete after doing Yoga with his videos. He is a great inspiration and it is obvious he loves what he is doing....

I have enjoyed this DVD so much that I bought 2 more for friends that are starting their own yoga practice at home! Rodney Yee's yoga videos are always good (I have several) and this DVD offers 5 different workouts targeting different areas. I highly recommend this product!
