[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this printer over ten years ago and it is still going. There has never been any paper jams and has never need servicing. The Drum and Toner cartridges are easy to replace and install. The print quality is the best I have seen of any other brand.

Very pleased with this product so far. Was a bit challenging to hook up wireless but the newer models are probably easier to connect
