[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister-in-law has always had the Load & Go Duet, so I chose it based on her review. I have not been disappointed! I'm so glad I left my LG with the home I sold...

Excellent Dryer

I replaced a 3 1/2 year old washing machine with the Whirlpool WFW97HEDC. I wanted the dryer to match, so I bought this dryer. I could not be happier. The last dryer used to wad two twin blankets into a ball, and then the tub would get out of balance and knock against the outer wall of the dryer. It scared my poor dogs (and me)! The Whirlpool dryer is absolutely perfect. The way the paddles are configured, every load over the last month has come out perfectly. Nothing wads up into a ball. The clothes smell so clean and they seem to be much fluffier and softer than the last dryer left them. I used to think a dryer was just a dryer, but the Whirlpool machine has made me realize that there are significant differences. I love all of the different cycles and I really like this machine.

Rolls clothes into a ball

While this dryer is fine in some respects it continually rolls everything into a ball. Yes theyre dry but you'll get a workout untying everything. Unlike the dryer it replaced it only turns in 1 direction - that's why it balls everything up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is another great machine by Whirlpool. Keep making them in America, and I'll keep buying them. I bought this with the matching washer, and together, the pair really speeds up getting the laundry done.

My wife loves these. They are just right. They are very good units. Very efficient,no vibration,just a pleasure to use. Delivered about 2 weeks ago. Super units.
