Needed Services in less than 30 days

The dryer stopped working within the first 30 days. I called for service and it took 8 days for a technician. He said it was a bad breaker and we would need an electrician. He was gone in 15 minutes and never pulled the unit away from the wall. We had an electrician test everything, the same day, on our new home and determined it wasn't the breaker. We called service again and they had called Whirlpool and knew what the problem was. It took 2 weeks to get the parts and another week before the technician could return. We had to go to a Laundromat the entire month of December. It is 45 days later and we are happy with the dryer, but hope nothing else goes wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had the dryer about a month! My old dryer was over 10 years old. What a difference in the noise level and the working ability compared to my older model.

wrinkles - begone!

We upgraded our dryer and this baby is a powerhouse! Very quiet, the steam is so versatile for those wrinkly shirts - and our linens are less wrinkly as well! Another feature is the towel cycle - our towels are super dry compared to our older dryer! While loaded with other features these two particular features by far have made all the difference.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased it to match my duet washer and replace my Bosch dryer. The new dryer has a great look and when is on looks like a Christmas tree. Unfortunately, the dryer is loud. My decision to buy this model was the noise, but it is not quieter then my Bosch was, so I am a bit disappointed in my purchase. Other then the noise I am happy with the dryer
