Simple to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 2 weeks ago as replacement for another whirlpool duet. I only hope it is as efficient and productive as the old one.

Duet washer/dryer pair

Wow! Big difference from our GE top load. Loving it but have to admit the HE models are a different way of washing clothes and I had to give it a chance. When the owner of My Appliance Source said that older top load washers use up to 45 gallons of water vs HE of 19 gallons I had to think responsible. It doesn't make since to waste water and the Duet are very quite, efficient and so far doing a great job cleaning. I have to say I am a convert. I am loving the convince of the Load and go soap despenser and the Fan Fresh option that fans a load if you leave a load for later. The dryer is also awesome with quicker drying time. Believe me if you open your mind and give the HE a chance you will love it!!

Fantastic washer

Love the steam! The best part is the automatic soap dispensing, now my clothes never feel soapy going into the dryer which is great.

Nice Upgrade

Purchased this unit for our new home. Love the features and the Load and Go system. Anything to speed up the laundry process is great. Having the extra hot cycle a must for baseball uniforms. Would purchase this again.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning an LG for 12+ years (and not being happy with it) I spent many hours researching for a replacement. This washing machine easily handles large loads, cleans very dirty items (I am an estate gardener that really soils clothing) and everything smells great. This machine has a self clean cycle which is so superior to the drain system of all the Lg models. It is very efficient, quiet, and spins the clothing to nearly dry making the dryer work much less than the old model.
I would recommend this to a friend!
