I am a mechanical engineer. As such, I appreciate the design of this machine. From the counter-balanced basket to the direct drive motor, this is a great machine. It cleans very well. Clothes are so dry at the end of a cycle that drying time is cut in half. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful appliance, for a change! So easy to use. Starting with the detergent dispenser. We can fill it once a week and not mess with detergent again! All the cycles are easily understood and programmed for you.

We bought this to replace another Duet washer which took a lightning strike.We loved that one and this one is even better with the Load & Go system.It's quieter and more efficient.
