Purchase Of Ventless Dryer Drove The Washer Decision

I wanted a matching set, but had limited choices in ventless dryers. This washer was the match for the dryer I bought. I'm very pleased with its performance.

Large capacity!

This is my first front loading washer, and I'm amazed at how many clothes the washer can handle per load. It sure speeds up laundry duty. I also really like that the washer senses the size of the load in order to conserve water, and it has an automatic detergent dispenser which is so convenient. It wasn't very hard to figure out how to use the washer, and there are a lot of different options that I still need to explore.

I have had this washer for 1 month now. There is so many WONDERFUL features on this machine. It is QUIET (that is a big plus), I have only had to fill the storage for the soap dispenser twice so far (this alone is so fabulous as the soap/money I have saved is GREAT). The clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean all time. It is so simple to operate it, press the button(s) you would like to use for your wash and you come back when the bell rings it is done! Love it, love it, love it! The best investment I have made! Thank you for such an amazing appliance.

Great on Stains

I have been amazed at the effective job the steam feature plays in stain removal on my cotton shirts. Past cleaning has required additional pre treatment to remove these food and grease stains. I was pleasantly surprised when my wife washed and dried them with a load of other clothes and they were clean as new.

Sceptical then Feel in Love with New Washer

I was NEVER going to get a front load washer. I loved my good old regular Whirlpool washer. I had heard horror stories about the smells. Then I got this new Front load washer and dryer given to me on the ELLEN show. They were so pretty, I had to at least try them out. I purchased the stands and the set was delivered. Two loads of laundry and I was hooked. It has a "stay fresh" cycle that comes on and keeps the washer fresh. It makes my White extra white. The load and go is the best thing ever. I honestly wouldn't trade them now. Thanks to Ellen I got to try these, but if I knew they were so wonderful I would have paid for them no problem. Amazing advances.

DON;T DO IT!! BUY A MIELE YOU'LL BE MUCH HAPPIER

I don't expect any longevity out of this machine. The poor construction, materials used, and workmanship are quite apparent this wasn't built to last any length of time. I read how quiet this machine is I can tell you it is not. It is extremely loud and the clothes do not come out very clean on the quick wash. Who wants to wait an hour and a half or longer for a heavy duty cycle just to get some minor stains out? Certainly not me.Oh and did I mention trying to get a hold of customer service? What a complete waste of time it is. I can't see these folks being much assistance in the future either. I was on hold for 20 minutes plus then they couldn't care less about there own product line. Make no mistake this is my last washer other than going commercial with a Miele. Sure I'll spend $3100 but compared to buying a new Whirlpool every 3-5 years it will definitely pay for itself over time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
