Wanted a tv that would show photos from my phone. Not only is there a great picture while watching tv but photographs also come to life. Love this TV!!!

We compared other tvs, before purchasing our 55", and
I knew we would be thoroughly satisfied, which we are.
It's never had any problem's, and we would like the 32"
model to install in the house in the rear, of our property.
Would'n think of any other brand.

The picture and the ease of use of the apps are great. I had looked around for a TV with great picture and the best that I had in town was the Samsung. The only drawback is the sound. There is lots of time I have to turn it up to about 90 to listen to some shows. So if you do not have surround sound you might think about it, if you get this tv.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

GOOD PICTURE WITH OUT CABLE CONNECT. IF YOU HAVE CABLE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HD OR YOU WILL NOT GET THAT QUALITY.

A caption nightmare

The TV is fantastic, but I cannot find out how to use the Caption on/off feature. It always tells me that the feature is not available. Why? Otherwise, very good picture. Sound using Netflix has sometimes to be turned up all the way to 100.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, value for price
Cons: difficult to deal with instructions

We debated whether or not we needed a TV as big as 55". We're delighted we chose to get it. We have never seen a picture with this clarity - almost like looking out a window. Unit was easy to set up. We're still learning how to use the smart features and have ordered a keyboard to use with it. Now, if unit lives up to Samsung's reputation for reliability we will be Samsung devotees for live!
