While this tv may not have all the bells and whistles the picture quality is unbeatable. I went from a 42" Vizio that lasted exactly 1 yr and died the day after the warranty expired top this and there is no comparison in picture quality. I sure hope it lasts for a long time as I will never be able to afford another.

We love our TV. It took about 3 months of shopping, comparing, and reading reviews on different TVs. The front runner was Sharp AQUOS. Love the clarity of the picture and all the different features. Even have convinced my in laws to get a Sharp. If you are looking for a TV, look no further!

Excellent Picture But Poor Life Span

At the day of purchase to about 2 years later I was still impressed with the picture of this TV. My only issue with Sharp and this TV is that they don't sell any replacement parts and they are nearly impossible to find online through other services. Sharp obviously makes the parts but they just don't sell it to the consumer so they can squeeze out some more money out of your pocket on a new TV instead. If your TV breaks and the part isn't available online you will now have to scrap your TV and go TV shopping again. I have had a Sony TV I still use that has lasted me 10 years . I will be switching back to Sony when I go TV shopping again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
