SORRY TO SAY BUT THIS IS JUST AWFUL!

I have been happy with AMD chips in the past but this laptop is slow, keeps lagging, freezes up. I actually believe, but cannot prove, that this was a return that was sold to me as new by a well known office supply store. I will not be buying from them again!
I have bought HP laptops for years and, always being satisfied, this was my fourth or fifth one. After this, I am now looking at other brands as this laptop has soured me on HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The WiFi driver is not strong enough. Downloaded a new driver and still habe the same problem. Have to reboot.
