Doesn't work right out of the box

It's a good price and the quality seems like it should be there but this product did not work whatsoever for me. Bought this product because of the good reviews but was a total waste of money and time. This was supposed to be a replacement for my other adapter that broke so I am severely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. Will be returning product and never buying this brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
