I received this item on the 4-9-20. 20 minute after a first used it it broke all of the sudden. I’m pretty sure it was a damaged item already

This is the third time I’ve ordered a belt clip. The first two times, I ordered myself and the clip was too big. This time i ordered with Otterbox Customer Service help and the clip is too small. I’m frustrated. What do i do?

This belt clip was specially made for the iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus, so we're wondering if you maybe have a different model phone? If you go to Settings > General > About, it should tell you your model name. This is not a clip for an iPhone 6s Plus alone. You need to have the Otter Box Defender Series cover for your phone, which was not apparent to me when I purchased it.

I bought new LG STYLO 6 plus and ordered a new holster. The holster I received was for an IPhone. I believe it was an error on my part. The width is fine but the length is about a half inch to short. Threw the package away so I don't know what the order number was.
