I bought this a few weeks ago, the cade cannot recognise my fingerprints .

We have to admit that this is perplexing, since this specific case was designed with full device functionality in mind. They'll send you a replacement case that should allow complete, uninterrupted access to your phone's fingerprint scanner!
Good purchase. My only Complaint about this product is the plastic covering on the home button. There are times my finger won’t allow me to open my phone with Touch ID because the plastic gets in the way. So I have to type my passcode in.
Our adult son has Downs Syndrome and loves using my iPhone 6s+ whenever were driving around in one of our vehicles. But my old case broke and that bugged him to pieces! Wow! He just loves my new Otter Box case and clip (me too)! Good buy! Good choice!
