Although I dislike the thickness of the case for my iPhone's and the weight it adds to my purse, I have several times seen my family members drop and break the screens on their Apple devices. The extra bulk and size is worth their cost savings in replacing the devices and I love the new feature of building your own case colors.

I've put Otterbox defenders on all my Iphones since 2010 and it has protected my phones against a multitude of drops. When my case has gotten damaged, Otterbox has been great with providing free replacements.
