The holster works well for me. When I lost my first one, I had trouble keeping up with my phone until I ordered and received a new one. I feel that my phone is pretty secure and readily available when it is in the holster on my hip. As for the rest of the Otterbox, after a while the I-Phone would no longer recognize my thumb print and I had to switch to typing my password. I think the clear, plastic cover gets occluded by oils and dirt and no longer lets the thumb print register.

Best feature: toughness. Belt clip works very well; other brands belt clip breaks within several months of purchase.
Worst feature: loss of Touch ID on iPhone. Covering over finger button is too thick to allow Touch ID to work. Also, have to really press around the edges of the screen to type Q, P, or Space.
