We received the sodastream last Christmas and loved it. We used it daily, multiple times with no issues. Then a piece broke on the unit that made it difficult to use, i called up customer service to see if i could purchase a replacement part, and after hearing the issue they sent me a shipping slip to send the broken unit back and they sent me a new one. If you like carbonated beverages, you will love probably any machine, but you will not have the peace of mind of working with this company!! A+++

I was a little disappointed that Sodastream discontinued their Diet Cranberry but ordered this as a possible substitute, boy was I surprised. Both my wife and I really enjoy the flavor of this drink, it is absolutely delicious. Even though it has a few calories it is well worth it. Buy it, it could be one of your favorites.

The thought of a "off brand" cola isn't appealing. But this Cola doesn't taste like a off brand cola. We love it and have fully stopped buying soda out.

the soda tasted almost like the citrus "laxative" medicine, ugh. However, many of the flavors are great and I am a lifetime sodastream user!

I've been ordering the diet caffiene-free cola from Soda Stream for years. The flavor is excellent, very much like diet Pepsi. I often will mix it half and half with the diet cream soda syrup to make "Vanilla Coke" and I LOVE that combination.

Sodastream's helped me a lot dealing with diabetes. But ever thing gets kinda expensive now that you no longer offer those points deals when buying.
