I purchased my soda stream in June of 2014. It quit pumping the co2 in late November. I was having with drawls from not drinking the water everyday. I contacted the warranty people and they had me send mine back and sent me a new replacement all within a two week process. This was the easiest warranty process I ever went through. They really stand behind their product with out any hassle of any kind. I am the happiest camper now that I have my soda stream back. I would highly recommend this product.

I can't believe how long one cartridge lasts. I am saving the planet AND money - and it's the best-tasting carbonation I've tried! Perfect. Can't be without it.

I am a huge fan of Lemon flavored drinks. Because this syrup uses real lemon in it; it is a brilliant mix! I will definitely be a buyer in the future. Kicks the pants off Country time brand with fewer calories.

The 12-pack sampler has great choices. But the plastic is very fragile and they open to easily. Some leaked in the box.

I received my Jet for Christmas but it wasn't carbonating properly. Customer service was excellent and replaced it within a week. Now we're having so much fun experimenting with different syrups and flavors. Bye-bye to lugging bottles of aspartame-laden sparkling water home.
