Great LCD TV

I debated between LCD and Plasma and then the best value and quality for a 1080p flat screen. I settled on this model and couldn't be happier. Picture quality is excellent at all viewing angle.
Pros: Quality, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design

Great picture

I previously owned an LG 42" Plasma. I was disappointed in the picture quality. However this TV has a great picture. It is easy to use, has ample inputs, a USB port for viewing photos from a USB flash drive. The only thing I wish is that I had gone with the 50" !!

Bought this product a couple months ago. Upgraded from a 36" tube television and I could not be happier. Picture is amazing. The sound is ok, could be a bit louder, but I have it hooked to a system which works great with the tv. Looks fantastic up on a wall mount. Sleek design with just the picture frame makes the room look better.
Pros: Quality, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design

Without a doubt, this is the best TV I've owned. It is clear, no blurring, if there is such a thing, just simply outstanding in every way.
Really no negatives with this unit. I do wish it had a fourth HDMI input and a power switch on the side. Not a "con".
Very satisfied.

Outstanding Product...

I purchased this LCD TV around 10 months ago. It was the very first flat screen TV I have ever owned. Til this day, I do not regret buying this product. The picture is very vivid and outstanding in every way. I am a person who enjoys concerts in the form of video. I purchased a blue-ray for HD movies and concerts. I own a high-Fi system and when I added this TV to my home I was more then overwhelmed with the quality and improved enjoyment I get everytime I purchace a new concert or video. I am more then pleased...
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, vivid picture

42LG50 Has Performed Well

The 42LG50 is my first venture into HD TV. It replaced an aging projection TV. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased the next larger size TV, but for the viewing distance and space I have, the 42 inch has been adequate. I have had this unit for about 1 year, and I have noticed some intermittent blurring of the image that last for 1 or 2 seconds when it occurs.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
Cons: Features/Settings

For My Viewing Pleasure

I love this TV, it is simple to setup and use, and even better to watch. The picture quality is great with bluerays, DVDs, and anything else you could want to watch. All edges are crisp and clear and the color is great, even in situations with a large amount of light in the room. I have packed this thing around town several times, for football parties, LAN parties, new houses, you name it, and its dealt with everything I've thrown at it like a champ.
The only down side, is the response from the remote is a little slow. sometimes it takes like a quarter second or so to actually do what I ask (like change to a different menu or make some change in settings. I have watched all my other friends' TVs and they are OK, but I still like mine the best.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality
Cons: slow menu response
