Worked pretty good for the 1st 2 years, mostly quiet, but sounded like an airplane landing when it was spinning, then year 2 it stoped rinsing, just would stop after the wash cycle and not drain water nor rinse, next would fill for a wash but then just sit full of water….then it leaked big time.. that was it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had nothing but problems from the day we purchased this washer. It makes a loud noise like a duck honking when it is washing. It is supposed to be heavy duty enough to wash bed linens but it really doesn't. I have had to replace the agitator twice & several other parts while it was under warranty. It leaks water from somewhere and the repairman cannot figure out where it’s coming from so I have had to deal with this too. My new floor that was put down right before I purchased this machine is now ruined. Hope this has helped you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This stupid washer will never fill properly, no matter what. WHY??? It has never gone above half, even at top super load setting. WHY??? I'm sure my clothes are never clean but smell good because of the fabric softener I use. Junk.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a basket full of water. Most are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount used will vary.
