Needs improvement

The 8.1 Windows update caused more freezes. Battery life is too short with LTE running, not many applications. After a year of use, the case developed cracks . Case gets too hot with LTE or GPS running.

I highly enjoy how easy everything is to set up. Everything I use regularly I can move to be the first glance at my screen, I dont have to flip thru screens to find anything, everything is automatically put in order. It may not have the newest social media applications, but it makes it easier on me to give a reason to not use it. I will always stick with my windows phone.

This device has really grown on and for me. Like any advancing technology, the learning and acceptance curves are a sine wave as often as not but this baby fits my hand just right. Thanks Joe and Microsoft!!

The screen resolution and camera are terrific. The Windows Phone OS is the best on the market, in my opinion. I can't imagine why anyone would use anything other than Windows Phone, and this 920 is really terrific.

This phone is so easy to navigate and very intuitive. It's size is accurate. I even like that this phone is a little heavy. I like everything about it; camera is great, so I can take good pictures everywhere. Cortana is very helpful, too. Maps are up to date and free; navigation works great in the US and in Europe. A lot of useful apps are available.

The phone is nice and I love it but, the only thing I dislike is not to many companies ie., 6abc news, my credit union etc., use "Windows" apps, that's not good.
