Best phone I've ever owned.

Wireless charging, a great camera, beautiful display and of course Cortana. What's not to love. NFC and different colors for the entire family. This phone is going to be tough to replace.

I love everything about this Lumia, I switched to Lumia from my low-range Android phone and it was a shock to my mobile experience. I got to use many high-end Android phones and none of them impressed me like this Lumia...even in 2014 the S4 can't compete in low-light conditions or any other when it comes to the camera. I got all the apps I need and more, it's simple to use and feels manly in the hand. The display is very good and the sound is also very satisfying. Frankly, I think any Lumia should be chosen over any Android or iPhone. It may sound weird, but it's really a phone u connect to on a "spiritual" level. Love it.

I have always liked the Windows phone and now with the 8.1 update, it's so much easier texting. When you text, you just swipe from one letter to the next.. I love this and of course Cortana, but haven't used it as much as I will.

My 920 fits beautifully in the palm of my hand or my back pocket. Sturdy materials, great screen and battery life that's impressive too. Love ❤ the built in wireless charging and the camera. Takes awesome photos & videos. Would totally recommended to others. I text about 3,000 msg./month and do a lot of email for work. Keyboard is just perfect.

Best phone I've had to date. Great camera, all else works as advertised. GPS is accurate and fast, WiFi always connects and is sensitive, adjustability for lighting, sound is fine. Best battery I have had but wish it could take a heavy load for 24 hours. Also wish there was a plus sign on the keyboard! I have had Windows and Android. I like both. Windows has UI edge and Android has app edge.

Very durable, responsive, good camera, excellent screen. Battery life was problematic at times but updates have solved that. I'll look at another Lumia device when the time comes. I've never used a case, always stuffed the phone in my back pocket, sat on it, dropped it at least a dozen times and it's never broke.
Two things to fix. 1. The search button and the back button should be reversed. I always press the search button inadvertently and the back button is awkward to reach.

My Lumia 920 was one of the worst phones I've ever owned. Windows Phone 8.1 is an excellent operating system, but the Lumia hardware was awful. I went through five handsets (the original phone and four warranty replacements from my wireless carrier) in nine months. I had substantial battery/power problems with all of them. I even checked with staff at a Microsoft store to see if there was anything they could do to help, but I was turned away. I finally gave up and purchased an Android-based phone from a leading manufacturer. I couldn't be happier. I'm a long-time Microsoft user, but I don't regret dumping my Lumia. I'd love to support other Washington-based businesses like Microsoft, but now it will be at least a couple years (and maybe a lot longer) before I consider trying another mobile device from Microsoft.
