The 920 is a BEAST - amazing phone! Aside from the great features, the camera, and all those other wonderful things that other reviews talk about, this phone can take a beating like nobody's business.
I'm an engineer and I'm in the field a LOT for various construction projects, and for one project I was working with a drilling crew making Swiss cheese of the ground. They were moving the rig off of the hole and I was moving some equipment in front of it - the phone must have fell out of my pocket, because a few minutes later another site worker handed me my 920 and said "um, I think you dropped this." The AMAZING thing was that, despite the screen been effectively shattered, the phone still worked PERFECTLY. I slapped a piece of packing tape over the screen to prevent myself from bleeding to death, but otherwise it was unscathed!
I should have left it at that or had it sent to Nokia for repair, but I stupidly decided to replace the screen myself. Once I managed to open it up, all d'oh broke loose, but I totally owe up to that being my fault for not handling it properly. I've since replaced my 920 with an Icon, but darn it, I miss that 920. I flippin' LOVED my 920.

I got a second Lumia for my dad and it has been easy to teach him how to use it and a great piece of mind for my family to know that we can always get in touch with him.

Nokia Lumia (Microsoft) 920 BEST EVER!

I've always loved Nokia products, when the Lumia Smartphone begin to arrive on the market, I waited until they made one that offered what I was looking for, the Lumia 920 did just that, I made the switch from the Apple IPhone and haven't looked back, I love all the things you can do this phone over what the IPhone allows its users to do, the, the Lumia 920 is a better phone, I like the look, how it fits in my hand, love the live tiles, and the recent upgrade to 8.1 makes it even better. The transparent tiles that shows the image underneath is SUPERB! It allows me to include my personal Logo which identifies the phone as mine without a doubt. The sound quality when playing Music or movies is really great. On the IPhone it was never loud enough, now I can listen without straining or using headphones. I'll be upgrading to the Lumia 1520 after the Holidays, or if a better Lumia Phone is announced before then, I certainly check it out. The Lumia 920 is definitely the Smartphone to own.

I love everything about my Nokia Lumia 920 ! I don't know how I got anything done before Cortana, she keeps me on schedule, and up to date with everything in my life. She can and frequently does suggest places I may enjoy. Keeps me informed with the daily news both local and abroad. She is the best update Microsoft has come out with!
Pros: Personal, Business, games for my grandchildren and movies !!!

Great phone, good balance of size and feels substantial. Not as many apps as Android perhaps but ALL the ones I need are and its building every day.
