The camera hangs occasionally, which is unacceptable. To top it I have dead pixels on the phone screen, and I was told by Microsoft that it is a common problem with Lumia phones....never getting a Lumia again....

I recently jumped from the Android train to Windows Phone, I can certainly say i haven't deal with lags, phone freezing or any of the problems i encountered in Android or for the worst, dealing with a closed ecosystem with Apple devices. My Lumia 920 although a little bit old it runs like champ!, the wireless charging is definetly a plus for me, the Exchange integration is amazing! all i had to do was set up my account and within seconds all my work email was delivered to my phone! NO THIRD PARTY PLUGINS OR APPS for that and most importantly as a graphic designer to me is the fact the UI looks clean and original. The camera is amazing and it does take some mind blowing pictures. overall a satisfied customer here!

Great phone, even after 2 years

Love the customization on my home screen, each day I have another great picture on the lock screen, put a lovely picture in the background of my home screen, get weather, FB etc on my home screen without opening the apps, love the camera (with button!)

Good phone for the price, specially the camera. But many things are far from working smoothly: bluetooth, NFC, panoramas...

Good phone but with a lot of room for improvement. The best is by far the camera, but there are many weak points, like connectivity via Bluetooth or NFC, and the low number of available apps.

Amazing camera, and stylish colors

I've had my Lumia when it first came out. This phone has treated me very well. The amazing camera on the back has saved me from countless school projects, and now I'm just waiting to get my hands on the 735 or the 830.

The perfect size, the screen big, the apps, battery ok, cams both sides, easy typing my texts, easy to call or receive messages and calls, good speakers, nice pictures etc, etc etc.

I wish I could rate the 920 better. but I was really expecting more with the NFC. I was really expecting more from Cortana but at least it is better than before. what happened to the male voice (even though the option is there). unless you use Bluetooth or ear buds the phone gets too hot to touch and it is big and bulky without either of those. I am almost ready to switch to the dark side - come on MS make me change my mind.
