The Lumia 920, Beautiful. Easy. Durable.

The Lumia 920 is a very capable phone. It takes awesome photos, has a fairly Loud speaker, and is pretty fast. It plays most games like Halo or Grand Theft Auto with relative ease. Battery life is nothing to be excited around, but it'll get you through your day (two if you avoid using 4G/LTE).

There is no effective support for the product. Microsoft is not responsive to the app support failures.

The touchscreen suddenly went black after just 17 months of usage.No dropped phone: no water ingress.Must get it replaced at one third cost of a new phone or just throw away the phone.Poor quality, indeed.

Worst phone i've ever had

I was really excited when I got this phone for my birthday. After I got it set up it was great and I loved it. After I had had it for around 7 months it began to stop working properly. I couldn't receive or send texts and phone calls. None of my apps e.g. Facebook, twitter, instagram and messenger would not open and I couldn't get in contact with any of my friends and family. I couldn't get anything to work on the handset. I had to soft rest the handset at least once a day and then it just stopped working all together and wouldn't turn on. All in all it was possibly the worst phone I've ever had, I would defiantly not recommend to anyone. So unhappy with the product, its very lucky to be getting 1 star rating.

Pros:
- maps
- fast GPS connection
- the camera is fantastic for photos and video.
Cons:
- poor headphones quality;
- from time to time it shuts down automatically (especially during the night);
- due to the placement of buttons you can not hold it properly in hand;
- sometimes, when you detach the headphones, the music is not stopped;
- if you scroll (no matter what, a list, a web page, and no matter the direction: up, down, left, right) first the item (list, page) goes the opposite direction for a few pixels and just after that starts in the right direction.

After 2 years waiting SKYPE voicemail Still has not been fixed!

DON'T BUY NOKIA PHONES WITH WINDOWS PHONE AND EXPECT SKYPE VOICEMAIL TO WORK ON IT!

Worst phone I ever had

I have had this phone for less than a year and it has already spoiled twice for no apparent reason. It just blacked out and won't turn on and no, it's not because the battery died. Also, sometimes while I'm typing stuff it acts like it's possessed and randomly types stuff by itself and opens other apps. And I have never gotten it wet or even dropped it before.

The apps on and for this phone are scarce. The Facebook app that comes on the phone is worthless and the ones you can download don't work right. Won't charge with the USB.
