great phone one flaw

Great phone just the glass n outside case are very slippery. I had trouble holding it and dropped it. Yep the glass cracked. Still love my phone and as soon as I can I will get it fixed.

This is a terrible phone

There is so many problems that I have had with this phone for example when I get updates for some of the features it actually stops that particular feature from working properly, I can no longer take photos on this phone due to the fact that any application that only uses the camera and/or the flash light automatically closes it's self every time I attempt to open it, this is very aggravating due to the fact that when in my college lesson I am sometimes required to take pictures on my phone but due to this very inconvenient problem I haven't been able to do this for over a month.
There are many, many other problems with this phone but unfortunately I don't have time to list them at this point in time.

From the beginning when I got this phone it would automatically shut down on me, needing a hard reset, sometimes multiple times!!! It wasn't enough of an issue to warrant a return because it didn't happen until after the grace period the stores give you. This would happen here and there, it became the norm to just do a hard reset. Then came update time, OMG all the darn trouble to get an update, error after error, reset after reset until finally days later it was able to complete. Now the touchscreen will become unresponsive, have tried all kinds of resets and other tips, to no avail. This phone is junk! Stay away from it, I have never had a worse experience with a phone EVER!

design style and nokia apps are great but web browser and video player are very bad

The design of the phone is awesome as well as the layout tiles and operating system. Nokia apps are top notch especially the navigation. The issues I have are the speed of the internet browser (seems to always want to load very slow even when on wifi) and the video player which are horrid compared to the iPhone, HTC, Sony and Samsung smart phones. Most of the time when watching a longer video if you accidentally trigger home or search you have to start all over again (super slow buffering and if you try to skip to where you left off it will just sit there for hours until you exit and wait for it to buffer). As for the internet browser it is missing even the most basic operations such as a forward (when you accidentally hit back) and folders for bookmarks!! All of my book marks are jammed together (although in alphabetically ordered). I will not recommend this for anyone who constantly uses the internet browser or loves watching videos on their smart phones.

Best phone I have ever had

Great camera, especially with all the free Nokia camera apps. Has saved me several times when I did not have my DSLR with me. Better screen resolution than the iPhonie 5: 332 vs. 326 ppi. I have NFC charging pad; so battery is never low. However, if I get stuck out of town, I can use any ubiquitous USB charger. You cannot do that with an iPhonie 5. The 920 just won the PC Magazine Readers Choice award. I thought large size might be an issue; but it easily fits in my back pocket. I sit on it all the time and do not worry because it is so sturdy! Have had 920 since November with no problems.

Great phone and unique style

I've been always a Nokia fan. I bought a Lumia 800 before Lumia 920. When 920 was available, I bought it right away - the personalized tiles, the color accents, the smooth swipe and movement, etc.
The unique feature of Windows Phone 8 OS has brought each window phone its unique characteristics. It's not just a windows phone - it's your personalized phone.
Love the integration of most of the social network service, which allows me to keep myself update in a really fast way.
The battery life is not that acceptable; love the wireless charging, though. Bought a JBL PlayUp NFC speaker, and they work just like a couple.
I feel so comfortable when I hold my Lumia 900!
