Great Phone

Having used my 920 for almost 2 years now I can honestly say that I loved the phone! 1st off: the camera is awesome! Low light performance is great and you can influence a ton of parameters with the lumia camera app - or just leave everything on auto. The upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 went smoothly and it added some really cool features. The app market holds every app I wanted - so no problem there. I now switched to a Lumia 930 - also love it!

Heavy but good looking phone

While the features are showing their age, it was a solid offering in its day. And it comes in bright colors, which was not common when first released. The only real issue is the weight, it is very heavy. One becomes used to it over time but when you pick up one of the comparable phones from Apple or Samsung, they make the 920 feel like a brick.

Lumia Phones are simply exceptional

I use both my Lumia 920 and 1020 to make calls, internet and the best feature of Lumia devices; the camera, I use that for shooting short films and ads with an additional proper camera and the job comes out clean. My favorite Nokia feature is that my phones can fall down and I can pick up use without any problem unlike some other brands
Pros: Personal, Business, film shoot

So Glad I Switched!

I was so tired of those staid, "monochromatic" screens and icons and navigation of the IPhones and Androids -- boring! I love Windows 8.x and love the way the phone navigates. The tiles, the ease of use, Cortana, it just keeps getting better with every update and several times a week, after clicking the phone "shut," I find myself saying to no one in particular, "I love this phone." Have never been happier w/a phone (my 6th or 7th) and when I get to the point to go newer, I'll definitely stay w/a Windows phone. Will be happier still, when we get to the point that Apps advertised by companies on TV, etc., don't just say "for your IPhone or Android." Otherwise, the 920 is a perfect phone.

The best smartphone i've ever had.

Had this phone from 2012 up to this day while writing this review. This phone is easily one of the most legendary Lumias ever. Many features on this phone are ahead of their time. Did i say its PureView Camera is just incredible? It would still give even today's iphones a run for their money. Fortunate i owned one of the last Nokia branded Lumias.

Best Smartphone, but Worst Phone

As far as the Windows 8 operation system is concerned, I really like this phone. The way it syncs with Sky Drive is phenomenal. I also like the ability to reply to emails from my home and work email accounts. The worst thing about this "phone" is the phone. I have had to return this phone twice now for the same problem. The sensor for the phone key pad tends to break and so when I go to disconnect, the key pad does not re-illuminate. So I end up letting the call time-out, which is very embarrassing. Will try one more time for resolution.
Pros: Business
