Cloths Continue to be new!

This is a WOW Product.
I have been in several apartments and was introduced to multiple Washers, while most of them are Top loaders they were never good and I don't want to take those company names.So, I heated all the washing machines and never had a good opinion about them.. until...
After buying a home, I researched for quite a few days on washing machines, watching videos on product reviews, reviwes of washing machines across various sites, checking with friends etc. etc. and this is what I understood after my rigorous research:
1. Front loaders are the Best
2. LG is the Best among front loaders.
2. LG is the Best among front loaders.
Though it was little over my budget, I decided to buy this washing machine, first impression after opening the was it looks Modern, elegant and well built.
First wash: Can't believe it is running so smooth and I can tell it was built with lot of care and engineering based on the way it runs. The cloths were rejuvenated with just one wash!
Sanity Wash Cycle: This is another bonus, this wash takes about 90 minutes or may be higher, initially I was skeptical to use this feature thinking that it might spoil the cloths as it is running for extended period, but the micro fiber cloths that I used for car wash came like new in just one wash! Big surprise again! I did the same for all the old unused micro fiber cloths that were muddy and bad, same result repeated.
I can't thank LG enough for making such a well built product! Please convey my regards to the Engineering team who built this!

great features, poor performance

i was excited to purchase a new LG washer and Dryer, Within the first 2 weeks, i had the very professional and knowledgeable repair person out to correct water leakage to no avail. It appears there is a design flaw that permits water to drip from the top front and down the inside glass to the floor. I will say that LG company is standing by the product and is replacing the unit. I hope for the best when it arrives in 10 days.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use, Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thought there would be a huge learning curve, but the machine is easy to operate. We are pleased with the purchase.

I bought this product because I owned an LG Front Loader set since 2009 and was so pleased. We moved to a new state and never really considered getting anything else. The interesting thing is the price. We paid almost dollar for dollar what we paid in 2009. I can only hope the quality stands up to the old set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 months of use had to clean out the filter. If it gets clogged in the middle of a cycle then you have to wait for all the water to drain out of the little hoes before you can get the filter out to clean it. If it's going to get clogged that quick then it should be easier to get to and easier water drainage. Would also like to have a higher spin speed on the bulky items as to get enough water I have to put my stuff on bulky otherwise they are still dry when it starts to wash. Everybody so worried about water conservation that they really don't give you enough water to do a correct job of washing your clothes. I think all front load washers should give you the option to put more water in then what they want you to have. There is a extra water button but only for certain Cycles and if you do extra water you cannot have extra rinses. It's too bad they don't tell you that before you buy your washer. I find myself and everyone else in my family using the quick wash just so that we don't have to wait two hours for one load of laundry to get done. So it appears that even though this has many options it also limits what you can and can't do and you don't use half of them because of how long it takes to do a load. Would also be nice if you got to choose your wash cycle time and not have it pre-done for you. Would even be nice or yet if it told you the actual wash time!!!!
