Nice washer and does its job!

I've had the washer for almost 3 months and the washer is still running great. Washes clothes cleans and does its job. Only thing I don't think it has is an option of an extra spin cycle feature used for washing pillows. For the price I got it for, it was a great deal. Hope this lasts for a long time. Also the graphite color is a cool.

Load capacity is huge and clothes finish washing extremely dry reducing the drying time, too.
Love the Turbo Wash which decreases the washing time.

Clothes not getting clean, REALLY long cycles

I've watched a few loads and it seems as though there is never enough water in there to wash anything. I pulled a load of cloth napkins out after an hour and fifteen minute cycle and there were spots on the napkins that were completely dry. No water ever touched them. I've started adding extra water to each cycle but that seems to defeat the purpose of the water efficiency of a front loader.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a difference on laundry day!

Who would have thought that a new washing machine could make such a wonderful difference on 'laundry day!' I've had several washers in my lifetime but nothing 'special' about them! Love the quality and easy to use features! Laundry is actually enjoyable! The sensor's evaluate load size/weight and provides the perfect amount of water to accomplish a quick, amazingly clean wash which is easier on the clothes,along with saving on the water bill. Clothes feel almost dry when put into the dryer. Love the 'jingle' when cycle is complete #that's like icing on a cake!# Great looking machine! Great value for the money! Love the warranty! Owning this washer is a TREAT! Makes me feel "Special!"

never thought these machines would wash good with so little water, but this one sure did. we wash on mainly 1 setting that fills the tank more than others, & everything comes out really clean.

really great washer

we bought this washer because we wanted to wash large items and everyday clothes economically.
this washer saves water but takes a long time to wash the really dirty clothes. the regular cycle is fine, gets clothes clean in about 40 mins but for the dirty gardening clothes takes over an hour as does the sanitary cycle.
permanent press cycle and gentle cycles are good for my nice clothes and i do really LOVE this washer's looks!

I never wanted a front load washer because of all the negative issues regarding smell, having to run a beach through them to keep them clean etc. I was shown how the new front loaders are so effiecient and the issues have been addressed. If I had not watched the delivery men hook up the washer to water and test run it I would think they had forgot. This washer uses so little water compared to my 15 year old top load. I love how quiet it is, the magnet that holds the door ajar and the delay option!
I am really happy I went for it and bought an upper end unit as I will have this for a long, long time. You can't go wrong. Good job LG. You have made a believer in your product and company
