Any time you use the bulky load setting the washing machine leaks - unfortunately it leaked down through the house and ruined the ceiling below - never will do LG again - refrigerator and dryer have had issues as well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To learn how to use custom cycles, I just open the LG app, put my smartphone up to the icon on the machine, and my jeans cycle is a part of my regime. Clean is the order of the day, and this unit does the job. It’s quiet, gentle on clothes, and it even looks beautiful!

I love the options of washing with steam or regular wash with all the variables. I am able to wash my king sized comforter in the washer or wash a quick small load and all in between, hassle free.
