[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my wife and I updated our kitchen and wash area after 15 years. we researched online, went to several stores and looked up consumer reports for advice. at ever site, store and printed material we keep getting LG. not always at the top but in the top five. so, when it was time to do the deal we looked at the top five washer dryer and it was no match. quality look, quality feel, quality construction and after sale service made this buy a no issue is selection. LG overall was the winner. my wife loves them which make it ok when i wont to playing golf. thanks LG, "I LOVE YOU TOO"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and had to exchange it in the 1st 2 weeks. Then with my new one I have had it fixed once and now am having to have it fixed again. Extremely loud machine. Vibrates, and has never been in balance on either machine. The dryer is great but I would never buy an LG washing machine again. Very disappointed.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans cloths WELL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer almost 2 full years. I'm single and I only wash laundry once a week. It cleans the cloths well. It did take some time to understand how to use all the functions. I run the tub clean cycle once a month. I have NEVER had any smell to the washer or the laundry. It just cleans so much better than a top loader.

My clothes are so clean!

It's very easy to quickly wipe it after using and I feel like my clothes are getting cleaner than with a top load machine and I love the capacity! I can wash all of my bedding at one time rather than having to do several loads.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple of months ago and we really like it. It washes really great and even has a Turbo Wash in it which washes the clothes better and cuts down the wash time. It saves us time. It uses less water than a conventional washer which saves us money. I like all the features and options on it. The only thing if it's a thing I don't like is one of the dispenser cups retains a little water once-in-a-while. Other than that it's great. It does a great job.
