Not happy my frost free is not frost free

I my refrigerator is not a month old and have had a repair man here and did not fix the problem another repair man is coming this Monday sgainy

Shelves separating and plastic cracking

We're about 6 months in, and two of the shelves had the plastic separating from the glass, and cracking. Called the service center and Tomeka did a very good job of getting replacement parts and service set up. Looking at the plastic, it seems awfully thin. Here's hoping that after another few months we're not back at the site with another problem.
