Lots of space in a small package

We bought this refrigerator when we remodeled our kitchen. There is just the two of us and did not want or need a huge refrigerator with many features. So far we are very happy with our choice. The only issue we have had with it was the pull out storage drawer. When it was delivered the drawer was in and you could open it but when we tried to take it out to clean and move to a different level it was stuck. A repair person came from the store and he could not get it out easily. After about 25 minutes he was able to get it out but the liner was dented in several spots and one spot was cracked. We were given a new refrigerator which was actually the new model and it had additional features. But again the pull out storage drawer was difficult for them to put in and to move. It is in at the level we want but it is very difficult to move around. They need to fix this. We find we have plenty of room and storage and are happy with it overall so far!

Nothing but trouble

I bought this refrigerator in January 2016 and have had issue after issue. The plastic slide for one of the crisper drawers broke off, the toe grill cover on one side won’t stay in, and now the freezer is frosting over, the freezer control will not move. My last two refrigerators lasted over 20 years before I upgraded (they never did die) so it isn’t that I am clueless on care and maintenance. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Not Happy in Georgia, the only thing that can cause frost buildup inside a freezer is warm moist air. Possible reasons for warm air include a door not closing fully, and the door gasket not sealing properly. Overall very nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for about a month now, and I continue to be pleased with the unit. It is obvious that someone didn't just slap a box, some shelves and a compressor together. I really like the way it was engineered to make maximum use of the space available. The stainless exterior was very worth paying for.
The shelving is innovative and therefore flexible. I particularly like the way the butter tray works to allow room for other things like cream cheese in my case. I also like the shelf that slides back to make half a shelf, allowing room for overly tall items when needed.
My only regret is not buying a unit with a larger freezer. This one is noticeably smaller than my old one and for a refrigerator without an ice maker (purchased that way on purpose) it has little room for ice trays.

Especially the light inside the freezer, that is helpful!! Still getting used to the sounds it makes but all is well and we are happy with our purchase!
