Great Ice Machine

This is so much more quiet than any other ice machine that I have owned. The ice is clear and makes enough ice that we can fill our ice chests when we need too. Highly recommend.

Don't love it

Ice cubes are thin and wet. Spent hours trying to program it, nothing worked. What the manual says, doesn't work on our machine. I called the two Electrolux approved vendors, and one wouldn't come to my area the other never return my calls. For the highest priced icemaker out there I'm not impressed at all and would not recommend this.

Hasn't ever really worked!

I am sad to write that our items jet has never worked properly. We have had it less than six months and it stopped working around month 3. 3 months later and 3 repairman visits we are still waiting...,

Why is this ice maker so loud? I can hear it all night? Customer Service - why? And what can we do about it?

Oh no! I am sorry to hear about your ice maker not working correctly, Halim. Please check that a fuse or circuit breaker has not been tripped. Ensure the cycle selector switch is set to ICE/ON, and that the water is turned on to the ice maker. If the surrounding air temperature is over 90°F, low ice production is normal. For more trouble shooting tips see page 20 in your Owner’s Manual.
