Painfully Large

Regrettably received 2 pairs of these headphones a couple weeks ago. The sound is nice but the ear buds come in only 2 sizes, Ginormous & Gargantuan. The smaller of the 2 sizes feels uncomfortably large in my ears. So much so that I will probably not continue use. The cord is nice though...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You should get a response within 24 hours from someone on our support team that will be able to get you into a better fitting size/model.

Sound and feel great

Good Sound But Ear Piece (Ear Buds) are very big

I got the ear phones a few days back. The Ear piece (Ear Buds) is very big that after using ear phones for more than one and half hour it hurts my ear and cannot continue to have them in my ear anymore.

Great for working out - Not Sound Quality

Headphones feel and stay perfectly in your ear - however sound quality is average at best. There's essentially no bass sound and vocals are ok. Honestly a little disappointed as this was marketed as a JBL product but carries the "YurBuds" name

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. The ITX 2000 are in-ear headphones and must be pushed into your ear canal. If you push them into your ear canal, and accomplish a tight seal, you will hear plenty of bass, and it will sound great.

Great sound quality

I bought this a few days before Christmas, and it shipped very quickly, headphones are very great for working out, they don't fall out of my ear unless I pull them out
