Overall satisfied with appliance

I am overall satisfied with this appliance except for the large burner. Sometimes it takes 5 plus seconds to light the gas burner and other times it lights immediately. I have called in service and they have told me this is common according to Electrolux. I don't believe this should be as it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this dual fuel range

Love this range but still learning all the features. Can anyone go e any tios on cooking on slow cook. Is it exactky like a slow cooker or different.
Example: Brisket
Regular oven: 5 hours
Regular slow cooker on low 8 hours
Regular slow cooker on high 6 hours
Convection roast yes or no
Slow cook in electrolux range hi or low and how long.

Fun to use

We have enjoyed the Electrolux Dual Fuel Slide-In Range. It has almost every option/gadget and I have enjoyed using them. My wife is more a traditional cook and really wanted and likes the gas burners. I researched dual fuel ranges carefully and this seemed the best choice. I haven't changed my opinion.

This is an amazing range

This is the beautiful range. It's the center piece of our kitchen, always getting lots of complements. I love the easy gliding racks, no longer worried about spilling food all over. I love to cook and this fits all my needs with it's easy to use features. I haven't used the perfect turkey feature yet but have faith that it will turn out perfect when I do.

Cooks well, but has problems.

Two problems I have had with my cooktop/range are:
1. The stovetop is not forgiving. When splashes occur and are left on for a day it is very difficult to get off, especially around the burners and with the recommended hot, soapy water and a dishcloth. When using the stainless steel cleaner, it does not improve the stovetop.
2. Not knowing how, but somehow the oven door has marks inside the window of the door which cannot be cleaned. This must be a manufacturer's flaw as I have no idea how marks could have got inside the window.
Otherwise, the cooktop works great and although it takes a long time for the oven to heat up, it bakes well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it!

Had a GE Dual stainless with glass top. Built new house and chose the Electrolux Dual which has stainless top. Love the grates. Love the oven. It is the greatest! Have not used the bottom oven yet. This gets the very best rating even w/o and if it did not have the extra oven. I will now try it. 5 stars

This range is incredible. We used the Perfect Turkey feature this last Holiday season and had the best, moist turkey we have ever eaten. The top gets dirty easily but well worth the time to clean it up.

The Best Over I Ever Owned

I Love the two ovens in one appliance. It was great for our Christmas dinner. I put our ham in the larger oven with the slow cooker option. I baked the potatoes au gratin and a vegetable dish in the smaller one and the dinner turned out perfect.
Having the gas top is fantastic, heat control is so much better than my old electric top.
I had a convection oven with my old oven and never was satisfied with the results. With my Electrolux the convection oven has been perfect.
My sister got a new oven at the same time as me and in fact she got the brand oven that was the same as my old oven , but she is not happy with her new oven as I am with my Electrolux. She does not have two ovens in one. Instead she has a oven with a small warming oven which she is finding out that it is not working as well.
She also told me that her convection heat wasn't working at all her food was either burning or taking too long to cook.
I made a Turkey with the perfect turkey prob and had perfect results. My mother-in-law couldn't believe it was done so perfect. She usually labors all day to make a turkey and I just seasoned it popped in the prob and let the oven tell me when it was done, it was easy.
