This is no turkey

The Electrolux convection oven is the greatest. The Perfect Turkey is amazing. The lower full heat oven makes it easy to prapare holiday meals on time. The oven controls are super. The gas cooktop combined with convection oven is the perfect cooking unit.

awesome range

Bought this range for our newly remodeled kitchen after much research. I love the gas cook top and my wife "the baker" loves the electric convection oven- it is very accurate with no temperature variations from front to back or top to bottom- cookies come out perfect no matter which rack they are placed on. It is very useful that the lower drawer is not only a warming drawer but a second oven - comes in handy for baking small items or in handling extra dishes when cooking for a large group. The stainless steel top cleans up quickly and easily. The only negative is the glass digital display does get dirty easily and takes some work to get clean. Overall a high quality product.

Overpriced Let Down

While it looks nice, this stove has been a huge let down. For the multiple thousands of dollars spent on it, in about a year, only the gas top is currently working. The oven shuts itself off and displays an F15 error which after Googling appears to be something that has happened to many other disappointed Electrolux customers. We are now waiting for the repairman to come back for the fourth time in hopes to fix it.
Besides the fact that the oven is not working, the gas top is nice, but the headaches are not worth the nice features in my opinion.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy this stove. Buy something cheaper and take a trip somewhere nice with the money you save!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Perfect Product

We moved and began using this range and oven last October, 2015. For the holidays I bake 3 perfect turkeys and 80 coffee cakes. Needless to say, they were all perfect! We left a 40" double oven range in our home but we couldn't be more satisfied with our new Electrolux...even our son and daughter have the same product...we are satisfied Electrolux customers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great range except for Power Burner

I purchased this range after researching several brands and thought this one was the best choice even though it was a bit pricey. The first time I used the min/max burner, the glass cap turned black with soot. After the repairperson checked out the range, it was found to be inoperable as the oven was also warped and burner could not be adjusted. The range was replaced with a 2nd one and still have the burner problem. After several repair visits, it seems the burner cannot be adjusted properly. I have researched the issue and found that it is a known problem. I will be calling the repair service again tomorrow. I love this range otherwise so I'll be very disappointed if it cannot be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth it!

30” Dual-Fuel Built-In Range with Wave-touch controls first was released, I purchased this, sight unseen (meaning the product was yet to be shipped to the store and only a Glossy photo along with the attached promotional information was available for viewing) and after the item arrived within the month, we could wait to have it installed. (Professional installation only and even then he had to call the 800 help line where within the hour had every thing in order and installed)
Why would one do this?(purchase sight unseen) Well first of all, one of the main requirements for me on a slide in range was (1) of Dual-Fuel. Secondly I do Bake on a regular basis and the ‘Bread Proof’ setting works wonders on my yeast products. Oh and did I mention, the Perfect Turkey setting?? After reading and following directions, this setting made the best Thanksgiving Turkey two years in a row!
So let’s begin with the Dual-Fuel. Gas on top while the two ovens are Electrical. (Yes two) which makes it perfect for large gatherings and can be used as a perfect plate warmer. Ample space inside yet I need to remind myself not to crowd the items inside for an even baking/roasting result.
The cook top has four burners which in my opinion should be rearranged to sit simmering burners in the back with the more powerful burners in the front. (The Left front and rear should be flipped as the 14,000 BTU will put out some extensive heat and can damage items that are closely behind.) I purchased a copper cookware set for the best results with a gas cook top to help retain the heat and for even cooking.
The Grates are lovely yet within the month the foot pads were all but gone, thus I do have some slight scratch marks on the back and front lip where the Grate feet rest. I do recommend cleaning the cook top after each use, first by using a soft towel and warm water, and then a SS polish to finish the cleaning.
