Smaller double ovens (27-30")

I had Dacor double ovens. After 14 years of hard use (we entertain alot); the ovens wore out - electronic panel went out; electric element went out, and screws and brackets rusted out). I tried the Electrolux because of dealer recommendations, online reviews and tv commmercials. The ovens work fairly well; these ovens don't seem to cook as evenly as the Dacor ovens (hot and cold spots in the ovens) also, Electrolux ovens seem to require more frequent cleaning...there is a greater accumulation of grease from roasting, broiling, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing Quality

Purchased and installed in early 2009. Have had clock repaired 4x. The last time I had to cover repairs. Each time clock and timer kit were replaced. Repairs done March 2009, May 2009, November 2009. Problem was always that LED lights burned out on clock, each time part #7316516538 was replaced.
Would love to discuss this further as I have all the details of my ordeal. Will think twice before I buy an electrolux again which is a shame because I bought this oven thinking I would match refrigerator and dishwasher with similar electrolux looks.

Broken Inner Lower Door Glass

After only 15 months since installation the inner glass in the lower door of this model has shattered (both front and rearmost panes are intact). I expected better serviceability from what I consider to be a higher-end kitchen appliance. Otherwise we like the features of this double-oven unit.

I purchased this oven in May of 2008 when I remodeled my entire kitchen. By August 2008 the lighting around the clock on the display panel began to burn out. The control panel was replaced. It is know February 2011 and I am experiencing the same problem with the light burning out around the clock of the display panel. Seems to be a design defect. As a result of the reoccurring issue with the control panel I would not recommend this oven.

Easy Bake Oven

I just love my Electrolux double oven although I wish the interior had a little more space. I've used the proof bread function twice. It's truly wonderful. I have the stainless steel, very stylish. It bakes beautifully. I haven't used the broiler yet. The keep warm function is a party saver when we have guests for dinner. I just love it. The oven is easy to use and fun, too.

27" Double Wall Oven Stainless Steel

I love my new double oven. It has so many features and its really easy to use. It practically cooks by itself! Its perfect for any type of cook or baker. The touch controls are really easy to use also. I swear it says "I love you" when it goes on and the noise it makes. I couldn't be happier with this oven. I highy recommend it! Its even blue inside.
