I purchased this refgrigerator as a replacement for a similiar model that I had for seventeen years. One of the things I like best about it is that the doors do not automatically close! This facilitates my getting things in and out without having to deal with the door closing while I am in the process of putting things in or taking things out. I find the configuration of the freezer more useful than my old one and especially like the water filter which is also a hit with my grandchildren. It has done away with Brita pitchers and even the five year old can now get her own drink.
