I bought this a month ago and it has made my life easy. It's like having a waiter, no more ice issues, water out of the door. The filters are a little pricey but overall, I'm happy with the purchase...

Top Quality, Bargain price for this fridge

I must have checked out 3 dozen refrigerators and the comments and reviews to each one of them.
I chose this refrigerator and in fact had to wait 2 weeks for them to get them in my local store so I could own one. Was it worth the wait? YES.
Adjustable shelves, climate control, water and ice, spill proof shelves. Why look any further? GE is a trusted name brand I have used for years in all sorts of products so I stuck with this because of the features and price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice but loud

I received this refrigerator in early September 2015. It is nice in that it has the size and features that I like, but it is has loud popping and dripping sounds during the defrost cycle. A warranty service replaced a bent deflector that is under the freezer coils. This repair eliminated the dripping sound. The service representative said the popping sound is expected. To reduce the popping sound I placed rubber/foam acoustic padding at a few locations near the rear of the refrigerator. This padding has considerably reduced the loudness of the popping sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roomy and Quiet!

I love the door shelves. Refrigerator side is big enough to hold milk and other large containers. This replaced my old GE refrigerator that was about 25 years old. It was still running, but I needed a larger one for my remodel.
