Nice Refrigerator but....

We bought this product in February and have had 2 service calls regarding the right door. It swings open so abruptly. They are telling us there is nothing else to do but we have never had a fridge that did this. It puts alot of stress on the door as it swings and the items in the shelves rattle. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product was exactly what we were looking for. The temperature controls are easily adjusted. The water filter is much easier to change than our old refrigerator. We love the thru-the-door ice!

Poor quality, lots of issues

We are a family of 4 (2 teens) and it definitely doesn't hold enough food. Both the freezer and the fridge are too small. Both bottom drawers have broken off (they hang on cheap plastic runners) and are hanging by one side. But they didn't hold a weeks worth of fruit and veggies anyway because they were too small and shallow. It is obnoxiously loud. And last but not least, the water only works sporadically, but the ice maker always works. Very disappointing, and not affordable for us to replace. It's only a few years old. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
