Cleans everytime

We've had our dishwasher about 3 years and have had no major issues. We tend to rinse our dishes so their isn't a problem with debris. Once we had a house sitter who was not a pre-dishwasher rinser and we did have it get gunked up inside. I'm going to chalk that up to user error. Called the 1-800 number and customer service was very prompt and helpful. Once we cleared the gunk out, dried it out because water had collected in the bottom, it started working again with no glitches. We learned to also run a cleaning cycle once in a while. Looks great, quiet, and easy to use.

very quiet dishwasher

Very pleased with this dishwasher. It is the quietest I have ever had. Dishes come out very clean, glasses sparkle and have no residue. The top rack often seems a little small as far as capacity but that may be because I leave in the removable small piec holder for lids etc. Highly recommend!

For the most part, the washer runs and runs well. It won't dry the dishes for some reason and it leaves soap residue on the plates. But it has been reliabile for nearly four years.
Currently the system is giving me an Er 01 code, which suggests that there is a water buildup in the base. I have removed the water and, I believe, the cause of the buildup -- some broken glass in the bottom. Unfortunately, there is no reset mechanism -- or at least there is none described in the owner's manual -- so I can't test whether it is working or not.
Any suggestions on how to reset the electronics on the door would be appreciated.

The top level is not suitable for our glassware. Unless each piece is wedged in, it tips over. Therefore, it is slow and inefficient to load.
Also, we have to rinse our dishes well before loading them. Otherwise, they often are not clean, even when we use the heavy wash cycle.This is not what it was advertised to be.
